We are pleased to inform you we welcome cats and dogs in this property; however, there is an associated fee of $50 per animal per month, with a limit of two pets. Each pet requires a $200 pet deposit. Please be aware that specific restrictions may apply.

The rental package includes garbage service, lawn care and snow removal at no extra cost. Tenants are responsible for the electricity and water/sewer.

A one-month security deposit is required at the time of lease signing to secure the tenancy. Deposits will not be accepted until an application has been submitted and approved, and a showing has been completed. Please note: no unit is held until a showing has been completed and a deposit has been received.

To complete the application, we require proof of identification and 2 months of recent income in the form of paystubs or voucher letters. We offer one-year lease terms, and each adult must submit a separate application.
